Flame Sling Lore

Lore Description
"Incantation originating from a sinister prophecy.
Throws a ball of raging fire. Charging enhances potency and causes the ball of fire to explode.
The flame of ruin is anathema to the Erdtree. But prophets sometimes glimpse it within the faith all the same. Sadly when this occurs their sole reward is banishment."

Flame Sling Effects

Flame Sling is an incantation that lobs a medium-sized fireball at enemies when cast. It has decent range and a quick casting animation when uncharged.

How to Use Flame Sling

Good for Single Targets Weak to Flame

Flame Sling

Flame Sling is more of a PvE incantation, excelling when used against lone enemies weak to flame. The large Poisonblooms that you encounter can be set alight using Flame Sling, making it one of the earliest available methods of dealing with the toxic flowers.

Charge the Spell for More Damage

Flame Sling can be charged to make the projectile do more damage on impact. Hold down L1 or R1 (depending on which hand has the seal) to charge the incantation and it will automatically lob the flame once charged.

Also, is should be noted that despite the description saying this is an incantation from the Lands of the Giants, the Giant's Seal does not boost its damage when equipped.
