Elden Stars Lore

Lore Description
"This legendary incantation is the most ancient of those that derive from the Edtree.

Creates a stream of golden shooting stars that assail the area.

It is said that long ago, the Greater Will sent a golden star bearing a beast into the Lands Between, which would later become the Elden Ring."

Elden Stars Effects

The player summons a large Elden Star that constantly shoots out smaller Elden Stars that quickly home in on the target, dealing small damage. The larger Elden Star slowly moves toward the target until it crashes down onto them, dealing greater damage.

How to Get Elden Stars

Obtain from a Corpse in Deeproot Depths

You can obtain the Elden Stars incantation from a corpse in a small cave in Deeproot Depths. The corpse is located in small cave guarded by giant ants.

How to Use Elden Stars

Best Used in PvP

Elden Ring - Best Used in PvP
Elden Stars, despite being an end-game incantation, doesn't do much damage, hence not being too useful in PvE. However, the shooting stars are able to break enemy's poise, shutting down movement from more agile opponents.

Distract Your Opponents

This is an ideal spell to use if you're outnumbered in PvP and you wish to temporarily distract one of your opponents while you focus on the other.

Spell Bombardment

Because this spell stays for a long time in the air, you can cast other quicker spells while Elden Stars is still active, bombarding your opponent with spells, making it harder for them to dodge.
