Swarm of Flies Lore

Lore Description
"A Blood Oath incantation, shared from the Lord of Blood's power.

Releases a swarm of bloodflies before the caster to assault foes. The vile swarm deals damage and builds up onset of blood loss. This incantation can be cast while in motion.

The new palace of the Lord of Blood lies in a swamp of festering blood, and these flies are said to spawn from excrement in that land."

The Swarm of Flies Incantation allows the user to fire a slow moving swarm of flies projectile that travels towards a target, enemies that are hit by the swarm will take damage and buildup blood loss.

Swarm of Flies is located near the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance site of grace outside of the Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum. It's located inside a very short cave guarded by two red Albinaurics. The spell could be found at the end of the cave on a corpse close to a bloodied wall.

Elden Ring - Use to Apply Bleed from Distance
The Swarm of Flies is a Blood Incantation that can be used to effectively inflict Bleed on an enemy from a safe distance. It is a good spell to use for Arcane and Faith players that are focused on Bleed builds but it is to note that the blood loss buildup of this spell has been nerfed in Version 1.04.

It can easily stun lock enemies with its continuous hits. In PvP, it can be used to harass other players to prevent them from using Flasks or keep aggressive players from getting too close to you. It also works well against an enemy's guard and will still be able to buildup Bleed, the damage of the spell can be buffed with the Lord of Blood's Exultation talisman.
