The Ghostflame Breath incantation can be exchange for 3 Dragon Hearts at the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion.

You can reach the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion after clearing the Dragon's Pit and exiting the other side, going south from Dragon's Pit Terminus Site of Grace.

How to Use Ghostflame Breath

Equip the Incantation and Use a Sacred Seal

To cast the Ghostflame Breath incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Ghostflame Breath incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Ghostflame Breath incantation.
