The Furious Blade of Ansbach incantation is obtained as part of Ansbach's questline. It can be obtained from his body (you will also obtain his armor set) after you have defeated Promised Consort Radahn at the Divine Gate.

Alternatively, you can also get the Furious Blade of Ansbach if you help Leda kill Ansbach as part of their questlines at the Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep.

How to Use Furious Blade of Ansbach

Equip the Incantation and Use a Sacred Seal

To cast the Furious Blade of Ansbach incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Furious Blade of Ansbach incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Furious Blade of Ansbach incantation.
