Use Thiollier's Concoction on Dragon Communion Priestess

The Dragonbolt of Florissax is obtained from the Dragon Communion Priestess at the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion in Jagged Peak. You will need to have first progressed Thiollier's questline until you have Thiolleir's Concoction.

Head to the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion at night before defeating Bayle the Dread and give the priestess the concoction to obtain this incantation.

How to Use Dragonbolt of Florissax

Equip the Incantation and Use a Sacred Seal

To cast the Dragonbolt of Florissax incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Dragonbolt of Florissax incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Dragonbolt of Florissax incantation.

It's damage negation across all types including physical. Also does some other stuff in relation to lighting but I personally don't understand it. Also lacks the downsides of vulnerability to lightning damage the other spells of this type usually incur. Low key my new never leaving the deck
