Lore Description
"One of the Ancient Erdtree incantations.

Creates a throat pouch on the caster's neck, allowing them to spew fiery breath while walking. Charging increases duration of the breath.

This is a manifestation of the Erdtree's primal vital energies — an aspect of the primordial crucible, where all life was once blended together."

Summons a throat pouch that breathes fire in a wide radius in front of you. All enemies caught in the flames receive fire damage. This spell can be continuously cast while walking. The spell ends when the throat pouch is empty.

Aspects of the Crucible: Breath can be obtained from defeating Tanith's Knight after killing Tanith inside Rykard's boss room. You need to have Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy, defeated and must have talked to Tanith about it afterward in the Volcano Manor for her to appear in the boss room.

After you kill Tanith, you will be invaded by her knight. Defeat the knight to obtain the spell.

Since this does AoE damage, it is ideal to use this spell when facing multiple enemies. This spell works well in both PvP and PvE.
