This guide is shit literally doesn’t tell you what you need to equip to use it. I figured it out but how to use says use on a group lol what kinda idiot wrote this?

There is no vendor. Like mentioned twice already you need to go the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in limgrave and exchange a dragon heart for it! Learn to read rather than whining about not getting a reply.
