The Spira incantation can be obtained on a guarded altar at Enir-Ilim. You can use the tree roots extending to the platform to reach the area.

How to Use Spira

Equip the Incantation and Use a Sacred Seal

To cast the Spira incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Spira incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Spira incantation.
