The Golden Arcs incantation can be obtained from a chest found inside a cave in Moorth Ruins.

How to Use Golden Arcs

Equip the Incantation and Use a Sacred Seal

To cast the Golden Arcs incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Golden Arcs incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Golden Arcs incantation.
