Greatly heals HP for the caster and nearby allies. Hold to continue praying and delay activation.

Great Heal is best used when you're fighting alongside summons or spirit ashes as it will be able to heal them if they're low in health. This will allow them to stay in the fight for much longer to assist you in battle.

It can also be used in co-op play, where you can ask your friend to get inside the healing area of effect as you delay its activation.

Used Against Revenants

Elden Ring - Used Against Revenants
Great Heal is best used against revenants and those that worship them as they are weak against healing incantations. If you use it on them, they'll take heavy damage and have a chance to stagger, allowing you to perform a critical strike.

You can encounter these enemies in Laskyar Ruins, Subterranean Shunning-Grounds and in the lower areas of Miquella's Haligtree. There is also the Royal Revenant in Kingsrealm Ruins, Liurnia of the Lakes, where using this type of incantation can make the fight easier.
