Lore Description
"Incantation taught by Gurranq, the Beast Clergyman.

Fills the body with bestial vigor, alleviating buildup of frost and blood loss.

Having gained intelligence, the beast must have felt how their wildness slipped away as civilization took hold."

Bestial Constitution Effects

Bestial Constitution is a Bestial incantation that removes the buildup of Blood Loss and Frost. It also cures Frostbite after the status effect procs. While casting Bestial Constitution, players will still be able to walk around slowly.

This scarab is hiding at bottom of the western side of the Farum Greatbridge on its southern end. Use long-ranged attacks to immediately kill this scarab for the Bestial Constitution incantation.

You also need to be wary of Flying Dragon Greyll, the dragon that guards the Farum Greatbridge. You might need to beat him to locate the scarab without being interrupted.

How to Use Bestial Constitution

Best Used as a PvP Support Spell

Bestial Constitution is a great support spell for PvP invaders and duelists. Its quick casting animation and low FP cost makes it perfect when facing Bleed and Frostbite builds that dominate the meta. Casting speed can be improved by equipping the Radagon Icon, but it will only be slightly faster.

For players who want to practice using this in combat, try equipping it before fighting Mad Tongue Alberich inside the Roundtable Hold. This will give you a feel for how fluid it is to use during combat.

Can be Used Against Bosses or NPC Invaders

Unlike PvP, Bestial Constitution's use in PvE is very situational. Since most regular enemies do not proc bleed or frost, consider bringing this along only if you are having a hard time avoiding Blood Loss and Frostbite procs during certain boss or NPC invader battles. However, usually it is better to bring healing spells instead of this.
