To obtain Messmer's Orb, defeat Messmer the Impaler in the Specimen Storehouse of Shadowkeep.

Afterwards, visit Enia at the Roundtable Hold and then receive the power from the Remembrance for this incantation.

How to Use Messmer's Orb

Equip the Incantation and Use a Sacred Seal

To cast the Messmer's Orb incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Messmer's Orb incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Messmer's Orb incantation.
