The Rain of Fire incantation can be obtained after defeating Salza, Sage of the Fire Knights on the bridge leading to Rauh Ruins.

How to Use Rain of Fire

Equip the Incantation and Use a Sacred Seal

To cast the Rain of Fire incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Rain of Fire incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Rain of Fire incantation.
