In Season 12, you can activate Shrines of Slaughter to instantly become the Butcher. These can be found in Helltide Zones and are shown on your map.

In Season 12, players can enter a special dungeon called Slaughterhouse, where they will instantly transform into the Butcher and hunt down everyone inside the town.

During A Taste of Power Quest

A Taste of Power Quest
You will first encounter the Shrine of Slaughter during the Season 12 Questline - A Taste of Power. In this quest, you will enter a house in Gea Kul to progress the quest. Here, you will need to interact with the shrine, which will transform you into the Butcher until you defeat all the enemies, unlocking the next part of the quest.
