How to Farm Brutality

Complete Slaughterhouses
Slaughterhouses are the most reliable way to farm Brutality due to the large amount of demonic enemies found throughout the dungeon that can help you maintain your Killstreak. Keep in mind that Slaughterhouses require a Slaughterhouse Key to activate them so make sure you have enough Keys to start farming Fresh Meat.
Players can also put Smoldering Ashes in the Urn of Slaughter to increase the chances of a Slaughterhouse Key dropping from all activities.
Participate in Helltides
Brutality has a better chance of dropping from demonic enemies after activating a Shrine of Slaughter to become the Butcher. Make sure to collect Abherrant Cinders and open Helltide Chests along the way to efficiently maximize your farming route while activating Shrines of Slaughter throughout the event.
How to Start the Seasonal Questline
Talk to Khulrami in Gea Khul
To start the Coven's Favor questline, you first have to make sure you have finished the campaign or at least skipped it. This will allow you to embark on Khulrami’s quest and doing so will teach you how to become the Butcher and harness Bloodied Items.
For Vessel of Hatred owners, you have the finish the Vessel of Hatred Campaign first or have skipped it in order to start this Seasonal Questline.
