Draught of WhispersDraught of Whispers Effect: Doubles the chances of encountering a Forgotten Altar in Sanctuary's many dungeons. Additionally increases the chances of encountering a Fugitive Head by 50%. This effect lasts for one hour. This can be used alongside other Elixirs.

How to Get the Draught of Whispers

Can be Obtained from Exposed Roots

Exposed Roots

The Exposed Roots you can find during Headhunts may occasionally reward the player with Draught of Whispers. Be sure to interact with Exposed Roots and defeat the enemies that appear for a chance of obtaining more Draught of Whispers!

Obtainable from Whispers Cache

Whispers Cache may occasionally reward the player with Draught of Whispers. As Tree of Whispers will be one of your primary activities in season 7, you'll most likely gain several Draught of Whispers by naturally doing Tree of Whispers activities through out the game.

Obtainable from Coven Cache's

Lastly, Draught of Whispers can also be obtained via rewards from the Coven's Cache which you can gain by Raising your Reputation Points and raising the Coven's Favor.

Use it When Hunting for Forgotten Altars

When you plan on hunting for Forgotten Altars, be sure to pop a Draught of Whisper open before dungeon delving. This can double the likelihood of finding more Forgotten Altars while exploring as these can only appear randomly during your runs.

Where to Find Forgotten Altars

Use it When Participating in Headhunts or Rootholds

Headhunts or Rootholds are areas where Headrotten Bosses appear. These bosses may drop Fugitive Heads which is a currency that you can use for crafting Occult Gems and empowering your character further by utilizing these seasonal gems.

Increase their drop rate to 50% using Draught of Whispers and get more Fugitive Heads against the Headrotten.
