Find the Vampire Skull in the Mausoleum with Hunter Erys and bring it back to the Magistrate's Office to learn more about the City of the Ancients and Lord Zir.
Beckoning Thirst

Track down and eliminate all the lieutenants (Ascended Blood Seekers) listed on Erys' Tome to progress further in the story.
Note that dungeon layouts are randomized and the dungeon that appears for each player may look different from the maps shown above.

Head to the Magistrate's Office in Ked Bardu, survive the ambush, and speak to the skull to learn where you can find Hunter Erys.
Battle of Fear and Faith

Look for Hunter Erys at the Cathedral of Light in Kyovashad and convince her that you are strong enough to fight Lord Zir by stopping the Blood Harvest.

Meet up with Erys as she breaks the sealed gate that leads to the City of the Ancients and finally confront Lord Zir at the Sanguine Throne.

- Continue leveling up to Level 100
- Complete the Season 2 Journey
- Complete the Season 2 Battle Pass
- Farm Blood Harvest to upgrade Vampiric Powers
- Defeat all 5 new Uber Bosses to farm Uniques and Uber Uniques
- Complete a Tier 100 Nightmare Dungeon
After completing the Season 2 Storyline, you can continue your adventure by completing the Season Journey, Battle Pass, and upgrading your Vampiric Powers to further strengthen your character for Season 2.

Unlocks More Vampiric Powers
Several Vampiric Powers are unlocked through quests that are only available by following the Season 2 Storyline. It is highly recommended that you finish this storyline to get 100% completion on Vampiric Powers.

Erys's Ally
Finishing the questline for Season 2 (Season of Blood) completes the Erys's Ally challenge and you will be rewarded with the Vampiric, Blade title.

Finish The Campaign to Unlock the Story
You can access the Season of Blood Questline by completing the Epilogue from the main storyline of the game. However, new mechanics like Vampiric Power, Season Journey, and the Battle Pass can be immediately accessed by any Seasonal Character.
Use a Seasonal Character
You can only access the Season of Blood content by using a character from the Seasonal Realm. This means that you have to create a new Seasonal Character.
How to Create a Seasonal Character
You Can Skip The Campaign
Once you've completed the campaign on any of your characters, you are eligible to skip the entire campaign when creating new characters. This feature also carries over to new Seasonal Characters that you create, allowing you to immediately access the new content without playing through the main story.
