The Diablo 4 x DOOM Collaboration Event launched alongside the release of Season 12 on March 11, 2026 and will run until April 26, 2026, just days before the release of the Lord of Hatred expansion.

Free Event Reliquary
The free DOOM: Dark Ages Event Reliquary contains earnable cosmetics. These are redeemed using Dark Ages Currency, dropped by Elite and Champion monsters. Claiming all rewards unlocks the bonus Forsaken Gates Town Portal cosmetic.
Battle Pass Reliquary Explained
New DOOM Weapons Transmogs From Lair Bosses
Lair Bosses can drop DOOM Chests containing unique weapons with Crucible transmogs. Dismantling these items unlocks the transmogs permanently for your account.

Exclusive DOOM Shop Cosmetics
New DOOM‑themed cosmetics can also be purchased during the event period, armor sets for each class based on the Slayer from DOOM, a Serrat Mount Skin, and a Cacodemon or Lost Soul pet.
Additionally, three free player emblems will be given out in the shop during the first week of the event.

DOOM Collaboration Free Cosmetic Rewards
DOOM: The Dark Ages Event Reliquary
The free Event Reliquary features a Headstone, a Back Trophy, and seven weapon cosmetics based on the DOOM games. Unlocking all of them will grant the bonus Forsaken Gates Town Portal cosmetic.
Each cosmetic in this Event Reliquary requires a number of Dark Ages Currency to claim. These are obtained by defeating Elite and Champion enemies.

Crucible Weapon Transmogs
For the duration of this event, Lair Bosses will have a chance to drop DOOM Chests, which in turn will drop unique weapons with a Crucible transmog. You can dismantle these to unlock them permanently on your account.
Player Emblems
During the first week of the event, free Player Emblems can be claimed in the shop. These emblems rotate every two days until the third one expires.
DOOM Collaboration Premium Cosmetics
Slayer Armor Sets
Cosmetic Armor Sets for each class inspired by the Slayer in DOOM can be purchased in the shop for 2500 Platinum each. A bundle containing all seven class sets is also available for 5700 Platinum.
All Armor Set Transmogs and Cosmetics
Serrat Mount
The dragon Serrat Mount can be purchased for 2800 Platinum and includes two Mount Trophies.

Cacodemon and Lost Soul Pets
The Cacodemon and Lost Soul pets can be purchased for 2500 Platinum each. Each pet comes bundled with a Mount Trophy and an Emblem.
