You can obtain Obducite by completing Tier 1 to Tier 20 of The Pit dungeon in Cerrigar, located in the Scosglen region. Please note that this material is only available in the PTR server of Diablo 4 and has not yet been released.

Alternatively, you can transmute an Ingolith at the Alchemist in exchange for an Obducite Cache, which contains 5 Obducites upon use. This is one of the most effective ways to farm Obducites, but it requires you to gather Ingoliths, which only drop from The Pit starting from Tier 21 to 40.
