Tier 2 ・Non-Lethal
・Deals moderate damage to the target. Very effective against drones, mechs, robots, and targets with a Weakspot.
Tier 3 ・Applies an EMP effect to the target for 4 sec.
Tier 4 ・Deals 30% extra damage to enemies below a High threat level.
Tier 5 ・Passive While Equipped: Crit Hits with any weapon apply this quickhack's uncommon effect.

Each shop has a fixed pool of items which can show up, with some legendary items also purchasable at specific shops. If the Short Circuit is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Short Circuit is available.

You need to have epic and legendary perks in INT to craft them only way i know how to get them. maybe get the purples from vendor in westbrook
