You can get a rare one from the Operation Carpe Noctem shard.

You can get the rare one from the maelstrom quest with Royse if you fight them, from the netrunner in the chair, otherwise you craft them when you have the relevant perks

    • I'd really like to see a flowchart with all the Main Quests, Side Quests, and Gigs that exist so we can easily see what you need to do before unlocking XYZ quest (kind of like they did here https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/cyberpunk-2077-walkthrough-main-story-quest-list-main-missions-order-5077 except with everything, not just the Main ones)

    • Random damage ramp in enemies/damage reduction for the player. Randomly, I would be one shot by low level enemies while only dishing out double digits. A save roll back and reload fixed the issue, but randomly I would fall into same situation leading to all damage becoming one shot kill, even with 400+ HP and a bunch of armor.
