Tier 3 | ・Spreads to the nearest enemy within 8 meters. |
Tier 4 | ・Affected enemies are also unable to attack. |
Tier 5 | ・Passive while equipped: Enemies under the effect of quickhack cannot sprint. |
Each shop has a fixed pool of items which can show up, with some legendary items also purchasable at specific shops. If the Cripple Movement is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Cripple Movement is available.

Cripple Movement can be obtained through Crafting Spec: Cripple Movement. Crafting Specs of any rarity can be bought from any Netrunner Shop. They are also relatively cheaper, so opting to buy a high tier crafting spec is the best choice to save up on eddies for further upgrades.
