Tier 4 | ・Excludes the target from their allies' audio and visual perception systems, causing them to be completely ignored. |
Tier 5 | ・Passive While Equipped: enemies under the effects of any quickhack are cut off from the local network |

Each shop has a fixed pool of items which can show up, with some legendary items also purchasable at specific shops. If the Sonic Shock is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Sonic Shock is available.
