| Tier 2 | ・Stacks up to 8 times. Disables enemy cyberware for 10 sec. and increases all damage against the affected enemy by 5%. |
| Tier 3 | ・At 2 stacks, permanently disables enemy cyberware. |
| Tier 4 | ・At 3 stacks, deals Electrical damage over time. The amount of damage increases with each subsequent stack. |
Each shop has a fixed pool of items which can show up, with some legendary items also purchasable at specific shops. If the Cyberware Malfunction is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Cyberware Malfunction is available.
