Effects:
・Minimum 1 second between gaining Stages
・Sigil radius is 3 metres
・Gains a Stage when you Spend a total of 50% of your Maximum Mana while in Area
・Sigil duration is X seconds
Quality Effects:
・Maximum 4 Stages
・Buff grants X% more Spell damage per Stage
