The Decimating Desecration is a Rare rarity Chaos Perk for the Necromancer class that allows you to customize how your skill functions. Upgrading the Decimating Desecration to Rank 10 will further boost the effects of the perk.
How to Get Decimating Desecration
Progress the Season Reputation Board
You can unlock the Decimating Desecration chaos perk by reaching Tier 8 on the Seasonal Reputation Board for the Necromancer class. Farm as much Viz Jaq'taar Veneration reputation as you can and complete the Season 10 Questline to claim all the available perks for your class.

Upgrade from the Chaos Perks Menu
You can upgrade the Decimating Desecration at the Chaos Perks menu found by opening your Inventory and selecting the Chaos Perks option at the top right corner of your screen. These perks can be upgraded up to Rank 10 with the right amount of Infernal Warps to spend on each upgrade.
