Reverie Horn is a Horadric Jewel you can socket into jewelry in Diablo 4 (D4), introduced in Season 9: Sins of the Horadrim. Learn about the effects of the Reverie Horn Gem and how to get it through crafting.

The Reverie Horn Gem is a Horadric Jewel that can be socketed into Rings or Amulets. All Horadric Jewels provide 160 Armor and 8% Resistance to All Elements, but each one also grants a unique and powerful bonus effect such as empowering your Horadric Spells.

On Torment I or higher difficulties, Horadric Tomes can drop from Horadric Strongrooms. These consumable items unlock the ability to craft a random socketable Horadric Jewel.

Horadric Lapidary

Once you've unlocked the Reverie Horn recipe from a Tome, you can craft it at the Horadric Lapidary found in town. Additionally, you'll need 3,000 of Season 9's Seasonal Currency, Horadric Phials, and 15,000 of three different Gem Fragments to do so.
