There are multiple cyberware mods that will be useful depending on your style of play. Here are some of the team's suggestion on the best cyberware you can use.
Sensory Amplifiers, depending on their effect, can either increase Armor, Health, Crit Chance or Crit Damage. Either way this is one of the most useful mods you can have on your Cyberware.
For those using Gorilla Arms, the Knuckles mod will give Gorilla Arms an added effect. If you are building a Poison-oriented or Burn-oriented approach, then you will need this mod.
Similar to Knuckles, you can a special effect to Monowire including Thermal and Shock which could provide an alternate venue of attack.
This too can add special effects to Mantis Blades. Depending on your build, it could be useful to change the mod depending on your enemy.
The Sandevistan mods increase a variety of effects which will increase the potency of your Sandevistan.
Cyberwares can be combined based on whatever build you are using. But certain mods do have a better effect depending on which mod you combine them with.
|Mods||Best Build To Use With|
Any damage-type modifier for Monowire, Gorilla Arms, or Mantis Blades + Black Market Battery
With the Black Market Battery, the first hit of any of these Arm Cyberwares will most likely be fatal. Plus the damag eeffects of these damage type modifier can be extremely deadly.

Mantis Blades Build
Sandevistan: Overclocked Processor + any Sandevistan that increases damage/armor
With the extension of Sandevistan, this would make you benefit from all the effects of the Cyberware even longer. The addition of the other Sandevistan mods will make it even deadlier.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
it's fine, I just took an older save before Takemura calls me
