Each vendor has a fixed pool of items which can show up, including mods, with some legendary mods also purchasable at specific shops. If the Knuckles - Physical Damage is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Knuckles - Physical Damage is available.

I'd really like to see a flowchart with all the Main Quests, Side Quests, and Gigs that exist so we can easily see what you need to do before unlocking XYZ quest (kind of like they did here https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/cyberpunk-2077-walkthrough-main-story-quest-list-main-missions-order-5077 except with everything, not just the Main ones)
Anything with River is majorly bugged. Kids are stuck staring at a wall, little to no dialogue with River after romance, cannot store anything or sleep at the new safe house.
