Obtained by Opening Lesser Evil Hoards
You have a chance of obtaining a Corrupted Tongue of Azmodan by opening any of the Lesser Evil hoards. These hoards appear after you defeat Azmodan in his seasonal event location near Zarbinzet.
How to Use Corrupted Tongue of Azmodan
Used to Open Azmodan's Hoard
You can use the Corrupted Tongue of Azmodan to open Azmodan's Hoard. Azmodan's Hoard has a chance to appear when he is defeated as a World Boss.
Unlike the other lesser evil hordes, which requires five minimum corrupted essence, Azmodan's Hoard does not have a minimum amount required and consumes all of your Corrupted Tongues once opened.
