New Feature: Boss Powers

Players can gain a new ability taken straight from the World, Event, and Lair Bosses. Boss Powers are unique abilities that can be equipped on the Power slot, which can be equipped along with 3 Power modifiers.

New Activity: Apparition Incursion

Diablo 4 - Apparition Incursion
Belial makes his presence felt as he returns to the world of Sanctuary in Season 8. His monsters can be found everywhere and can be fought in the new world event called Apparition Incursion. By participating in Apparition Incursions, players can earn reputation, which can unlock various bonuses when it reaches certain levels.

Lair Boss Rework

Diablo 4 - Lair Bosses

Formerly known as Endgame or Ladder Bosses, Lair Boss encounters have been divided into 3 tiers to reflect the different levels of difficulty and rewards. These are the Initiate, Greater, and Exalted Lair Bosses.

Battle Pass Added to Reliquaries

Diablo 4 - Reliquaries

The Reliquary System will integrate the upcoming Battle Pass for this season and concurrent seasons, giving players a new way to earn rewards. The new Reliquary system will allow players to purchase a Reliquary category of their choice, allowing them to obtain previous time-gated rewards first.
