Give the Skatsimi Tome to Gurnok Villager

Pick up the Skatsimi Tome from the old chest beside the dead traveler. Head south to Gurnok and talk to the Gurnok Villager.

Inspect Wak'lan's remains at the south side of the village to complete the quest.
