The Bone-Caged Heart is a rare Mount Trophy that can only be obtained after defeating the Wandering Death world boss in Diablo 4 (D4). Read on for a preview of the Bone-Caged Heart in-game, as well as info on how to get it and how to equip it.

The Bone-Caged Heart mount trophy will have a chance to drop when players manage to defeat the Wandering Death world boss in Diablo 4. Optimize your build and take on these challenging boss battles once you hit World Tier 3.
To use the Bone-Caged Heart on your mount, simply head over to the Stable Master NPC and navigate to the Mount Trophy Tab. Once there, select the Bone-Caged Heart from the menu to quickly equip it on your mount.
If you still do not have access to mounts, you will need to complete the Acts 1-3 of the main story. Upon starting Act 4, you will receive a Priority Quest from Donan where he gifts you a mount that unlocks Diablo 4's mount feature.
