The First Berserker Khazan was released for PC (Steam), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S in Early 2025 on March 27, 2025. The Deluxe Edition, however, offered a 3-day Early Access, allowing players to hop into the game on March 24, 2025.

The First Berserker Khazan held a closed beta test on October 2024! It spanned from Oct 11 at 3, a.m. EDT / 12 a.m. PDT, and lasted till Oct 21 at 2:29 a.m. EDT or Oct 20 at 11:59 p.m..
