Check out the summary of the Update Roadmap for 2021 in the link below:
In the Q&A associated with the Update Roadmap, CD Projekt Red confirmed that they are prioritizing fixing the game's current state over all additional content.
|“We’re still planning on releasing free DLC for the game, just like with The Witcher 3. However, we have decided that our priority is working on the most important fixes and updates. We will be releasing free DLC afterwards — we’ll have more to say about that in the coming months.”
On April 14th, 2021 at 10:22 GMT, CD Projekt Red released the most recent update, Hotfix 1.21, which focused on stability fixes and fixing up issues that could block progression. This was made available on all platforms including PC, consoles, and Stadia.
The first Cyberpunk 2077 DLC will be arriving later this year. According to CD Projekt Red, this DLC will be free, although it's not clear what degree of contents will be included.
Confirmed in their latest update on their roadmap, there will be a free small DLC for Cyberpunk 2077. But, it is still unclear as to what contents will this DLC will bring to the game. Stay tuned for more updates!
While it is confirmed that CD Projekt Red will provide players a more immersive experience via online features, there is still no word as to what kind of features this online experience will bring. Check back on our page about DLC's to get in the know of future content and expansions.
The next gen version of Cyberpunk 2077 is planned to be released by the second half of 2021. Although every console copy of Cyberpunk 2077 is able to play on both last-gen and next-gen consoles, they'll be receiving a free next-gen upgrade which pushes them beyond the boundaries of the last-gen hardware limitations and creates a new level of detail exclusively for the new generation.
In video released via the CD Projekt Red team last March 30, 2021, it would appear that updates to current games in terms of multiplayer will be put on hold. The team had mentioned that their focus now for 2021 onwards is to build a more detailed work team that would help them learn their lesson in the stumbles they had encountered in Cyberpunk 2077.
Further, an online platform will be another focus that would bring the current franchises (The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077) to the online community.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
