"Phantom Liberty is Already Downloaded" Bug

Why Can't I Preload Phantom Liberty?

Some PlayStation 5 users might get a bug that prevents them from preloading the Phantom Liberty DLC. If you see a "Phantom Liberty is already downloaded, return to main menu to access content" message, then it's likely that you won't be able to preload the DLC.

There's no fix to the preload bug, but you should be able to download the DLC once it's released.

Cyperpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty - PlayStation Store Add-Ons Screen

Some players, especially those who purchased the Phantom Liberty bundle, may encounter the CE-107880-4 error code when attempting to download.

One quick fix to this is to download the DLC from the PlayStation Store instead. Simply head over to the Cyberpunk Page and scroll down to Add-Ons to claim the DLC. The DLC will be listed for Free.

Download on PS5 Release

Just claim the Phantom Liberty DLC in the PlayStation Store once it's available in your region! Even though this bug won't let you preload the DLC, you shouldn't have any problems downloading the DLC on release.
