The Mimighoul archetype are a bunch of Fiend monsters that specialize with using Flip Effects as part of their strategy. Not only do they have effects when flipped face-up, most of them are detrimental to the user.
Fortunately, the Deck also has a second gimmick: giving the opponent some of your Mimighouls, so they take the brunt of their effects.
The very backbone of the deck are the Flip Monsters it can make use of. The two key cards here are Mimighoul Fairy and Mimighoul Dragon, which are all at three copies each.
Fairy prevents its current user from activating monster effects for the rest of the turn, while Dragon destroys all their monsters on flip. The latter also doubles as a searcher for a “Mimighoul” Spell or Trap when you summon it to your field.
The remainder of the Mimighouls provide support, so often it is alright to have them at around 1 copy per Deck. The only exception is Mimighoul Archfiend, who is best at 2 copies but can make a case of having 3 copies instead.
Archfiend makes your opponent give you a draw, and discard a card in a simultaneous effect. Slime lets you Special Summon another “Mimighoul” monster. Armor protects your Mimighouls from battle destruction.
The kingpin is Mimighoul Master, who becomes much harder to kill while the opponent has a “Mimighoul” on their field.
The Spells and Traps for this Deck are equally important. Mimighoul Dungeon prevents the opponent from doing much so long as they have a monster card face down--though that would be mostly through your cards' effects.
Mimighoul Maker is the enabler of the Deck, forcing the opponent to choose randomly between two Mimighoul monsters, and both are summoned to opposite sides of the field.
Mimighoul Room helps flip monsters face-down to enable Dungeon's effects, while Mimighoul Charm can mess with and even steal monsters from the opponent's Extra Deck up to twice per turn.
The Xyz Monsters are also powerful enough, and they balance each other in offense and defense.
Mimighoul Throne can cheat out Mimighoul Master on summon. This Xyz Monster can become an equip card for Master, boosting its ATK and bouncing cards from the field to the hand for every material this Xyz Monster had.
The more aggressive monster is Giant Mimighoul, whose presence alone allows all other Mimighoul monsters to attack directly while the opponent controls a monster face-down. It also destroys cards on the field equal to the Set monsters, burning with effect damage for each card destroyed.

While the Mimighoul Deck likes to play around, giving monsters to both sides of the field, an Anti-Meta Stun Deck is basically the opposite of fun. Every card in that Deck is meant to interrupt any play from happening.
From Skill Drain denying monster effects on both fields, to floodgates that prevent Special Summons like Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo, this Deck will not make it fun for Mimighoul.

Sky Strikers are at their absolute peak right now, and that's not including the new animation series they have as part of the Codes campaign. With Engage now at 3 copies, it can search out interruptions like Widow Anchor, to clearers like Afterburners and Jamming Waves.
There also happens to be a special variation of Sky Strikers being used alongside Tenpai Dragons, which almost wins the game alone once they make it to Sangenpai Transcendent Dragion.

Even with the inclusion of a small Kashtira package in this Deck, there is no better Deck for punishing monster effects than a pure Kashtira Deck.
Players running this package already know what Kashtira Fenrir and Kashtira Unicorn do, but things get even more troublesome once Kashtira Arise-Heart hits the field; especially with a Kashtira Shangri-Ira blocking zones!

Yubel is an interesting match-up against Mimighouls, as it can make use of its own monsters for Link fodder--either for the Unchained engine, or even the Fiendsmith engine. It can also use the Mimighouls on their field as Fusion Material if they have Super Polymerization for Yubel - The Loving Defender Forever.
| Summon Breaker | |
|---|---|
|
|
One way to get around Mimighoul's shenanigans is by limiting the number of times both players can summon. With Summon Limit now Forbidden, the next best card to use as a floodgate is Summon Breaker. While this Field Spell is active, it automatically becomes the current player's End Phase once they have summoned three times. |
| Owner's Seal | |
|
|
Another cheeky way for declutter your field of monsters given by Mimighouls is Owner's Seal, which returns all monsters on the field to their respective owners. This includes the Set "Mimighoul" monsters that were given to you via effect. If the owner's field is too full, the excess cards may remain, but at least it forces the opponent to get their monsters back. |
| Dark Hole & Torrential Tribute | |
|
|
There is no better way to clear your field than by wiping it all out. This is where Dark Hole comes into play, counting as a Raigeki on both sides of the field. Torrential Tribute also works here, as it basically has the same effect. |
