Boss Monsters

Kuribabylon
Kuribabylon The more "Kuriboh" monsters there are in the GY, the bigger the sta boost Kuribabylon gets to enjoy once it's on the field. It is failry easy to summon too, as it can Special Summon itself from the hand once you have more monsters in the Graveyard compared to your opponent's GY.
Number 54: Lion Heart
Number 54: Lion Heart While face-up in Attack Position, Number 54: Lion Heart cannot be destroyed by battle. This plays into its effects where not only can it inflict damage equal to the battle damage you took , also reflects damage back to the opponent when a monster attacks this card.
Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder
Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder is a classic Xyz boss monster to add as a way to discourage the opponent from playing cards before dealing with this monster's effect. A full field wipe that is not once per turn can win the game, especially if it has enough materials to take advantage of its lack of once-per-turn clause.
Accesscode Talker
Accesscode Talker The usual game-ending choice among Link Monsters, Accesscode Talker can enjoy an ATK boost if it uses a Link Monster as one of its materials. Its card destruction effect also cannot be responded to by other cards, meaning negation timing is spotty for the opponent.
Underworld Goddess of the Closed World
Underworld Goddess of the Closed World Underworld Goddess of the Closed World needing five materials is not a problem for the Kuribohs. It helps that it can use one monster the opponent controls as one of the materials, easily bypassing some powerful floating effects. Lastly, it can stop Special Summons from the Graveyard once per turn, which is a common effect in the meta.

Kuriboh Counters: How to Beat

Best Decks to Use Against Kuriboh

Snake-Eye Diabellstar

Master Duel - Snake-Eyes

Snake-Eyes has far too many options for a Kuriboh Deck to deal with, from card destruction during their turn, to outright turning monsters into Continuous Spells/Traps in the backrow. Dueling against this Deck will be a very bad match-up for Kuriboh.
Snake-Eye Deck List & Card Guide

Kashtira

Master Duel - Kashtira

Kashtira Decks heavily punish Decks that activate monster effects. If they manage to go first, they will most certainly try to bring out Kashtira Arise-Heart to deny the Graveyard and banish cards on the field as they see fit.

Kashtira Deck List & Card Guide

Labrynth

Labrynth

Labrynth still remains one of the best Control Decks in the entire game due to its Trap Card recursion. Being able to Set Trap Cards, activate them on the same turn, and then be able to Set them again from the GY is extremely difficult to play through unless you have the right cards on hand.

Labrynth Deck List & Card Guide

Superheavy Samurai

Master Duel - Superheavy Samurai

Allowing Superheavy Samurai to go first basically enables them to set up their combo without much problem, and by the end of their turn they will have multiple negates to deal with the Kuribohs' effects. Hand traps are absolutely necessary against this Deck, otherwise they may have already won the Duel on the first turn.

Best Cards to Tech Against Kuriboh

Maxx "C"
Maxx "C" There is a surprising number of Special Summons involved with the Kuriboh monsters. They can be easily punished with a Maxx "C", unless they want the opponent to gain advantage by a card draw for every Special Summon they do.
Droll & Lock Bird
Droll & Lock Bird There are also a number of search effects involved with the Kuriboh monsters, as they need cards on hand to properly conduct their turns. Droll & Lock Bird prevents them from adding any more cards from the Deck for the rest of the turn, but remember that its effect also affects you as well.
Nibiru, the Primal Being
Nibiru, the Primal Being With the numerous Special Summons it can do, Nibiru, the Primal Being should be considered as an option agains this Deck. It can wipe out all the monsters, and since most of the Kuribohs have low stats, the token it summons should have managable stats too. It helps that one of the strategies involving Kuribohs has then Special Summoning up to 5 monsters.
Skill Drain
Skill Drain Most of the Kuribohs rely on their effects triggering while they are on the field. Negating them stops their plays outright. Skill Drain should help with that, as all monsters will have their effects stripped on the field.
