Despite the Deck's recipe, a Genex Deck is actually pretty straightforward; the challenging thing about this Deck's strategy is the order of effects you have to resolve to get the multiple monsters out on the field to eventually be used as Synchro Material fodder.
A Genex Deck revolves around Genex Controller and the eventual retrain version, the Link Monster Repair Genex Controller. The Link Monster can only be summoned once per turn, and acts as a searcher to start you combos. This card provides a Normal Summon every time a Genex monster is added to the hand. The crucial part of this effect is that it is once per chain, meaning it can be repeatedly used in a single turn.
Each of the other R-Genex monsters in the Main Deck has an effect that lets them search other Genex monsters. Each one has a different Level that they search; using one after another is this Deck's strategy, and the proper order can result to about four Normal Summons at minimum.
The others are going to be act as support to getting mosnters on the field. Genex Ally Birdman is a Tuner that can be Special Summoned, and gains a bit of ATK if the monster returned to the hand via its effect is a WIND monster. Genex Recycled gets to adopt the name of a fellow Genex monster in the GY, and Genex Undine is a good way to search out a Genex Controller onto the field, making this often the end piece of a combo.
Most of the Synchro monsters in the Extra Deck share one thing in common: they mostly have generic material requirements, making them easy to summon. Depending on the meta, players can change the cards to deal with the stronger archetypes. Other than that, staples like Baronne de Fleur, F.A. Dawn Dragster, Baronne de Fleur, and even conditional materials like Bystial Dis Pater and Chaos Angel are fair game
Arms of Genex Return Zero is the archetype's best boss monster by a wide margin, and is the only one in this Deck. It can negate the activation of the a monster's effects by banishing a monster in your GY with the same Attribute. It also has the ability to completely wipe out the opponent's back row, depending if they happen to shuffle enough Genex monsters back into the dECk.
The Stardust Dragon Deck engine is actually viable for this Deck, as there are some Level 2 Tuners in this Deck. This allows easy access into the Level 10 monsters, especially Baronne, which thanks to Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon's effect, makes it immune to activated effects.

Each of the main Kashtira monsters have effects that punish the activation of monster effects while they are on the field, like Fenrir banishing cards on the field, Unicorn wrecking the Extra Deck, and Ogre taking out an upcoming card from the top of the Deck. It gets worse if they manage to get into Kashtira Arise-Heart.

Yubel remains untouched for the most part, and their Deck is incredibly consistent enough to go up against Genex's full combo. A Super Polymerization variant of the Deck can make use of all of their boss monsters to go into Yubel - The Loving Defender Forever, while going first can merit the usage of the Iblee lock (at least, before it gets banned on October 10, 2024).
An Anti-Meta Stun Decks is filled to the brim with various floodgates that stops any Special Summon-centric plays. Card advantage against them will be hard in the long run with Time-Tearing Morganite, floodgates and negates galore from their Spells and Traps, and monsters like the Barrier Statues and Pachycephalo are boosted with Moon Mirror Shield and Clockwork Night.
