Altergeist Deck Guide: How to Play

Playstyle and Win Condition

Altergeist is an archetype of Spellcaster Monsters with various Attributes. Their theme resembles female cybernetic creatures.
Altergeist's playstyle revolves around effect disruptions and negations while slowly swarming the field with the help of Multifaker.

Altergeist Multifaker Altergeist Meluseek Altergeist Marionetter Altergeist Silquitous Altergeist Kunquery

Altergeist Multifaker is the deck's main monster. Its effect lets you Special Summon itself from hand if you activated a Trap Card.
Multifaker has another effect that lets you Special Summon an Altergeist monster from the deck when it is summoned.

Altergeist Meluseek lets you add any Altergeist monster from the deck whe it is sent from field to the Graveyard.
Meluseek can also attack the opponent directly. And if it deals damage to your opponent, it can send 1 card your opponent controls to the Graveyard.

Altergeist Marionetter is the deck's main searcher of Trap cards. It sets an Altergeist Trap card directly from the deck when it is Normal Summoned.

Altergeist Silquitous is Multifaker's primary target for its effect. Silquitous has a Quick Effect that lets you bounce cards on the field.

Altergeist Kunquery provides battle protection for your Altergeist Monsters.

Altergeist Hexstia Altergeist Protocol Altergeist Manifestation Personal Spoofing

Altergeist Hexstia gains attack equal to the original Attack of Altergeist monster it points to. It can also negate Spell/Trap effects by tributing Altergeist monster it points to.
Hexstia has a floating effect that lets you search for any Altergeist monster from the deck.

Altergeist Protocol prevents your Altergeist card activations from being negated. Protocol can also negate an opponent's monster effect.

Altergeist Manifestation is the deck's archetypal Monster Reborn.

Personal Spoofing lets you switch between Altergeist Monster from deck to hand.
