| "Solemn" Counter Trap Cards | |
|---|---|
Adding the various "Solemn" Counter Trap Cards would make the Deck safer to run first, providing interruptions in the opponent's plays. Of course, this comes at the cost of LP to activate the Trap Cards, but it is more than a fair trade to consider. In fact, if players decide to add in Solemn Judgment, Solemn Warning and/or Solemn Strike, it is highly recommended to run 2-3 copies each. |
| Nibiru, the Primal Being | |
Nibiru, the Primal Being is a great card to have in the chance the Fiendsmith Kashtira player goes second. This allows them to wipe the field of monsters by tributing all monsters to summon this hand trap. However, the user will have to find a way to deal with the Token it summons on the opponent's field, which will more often that not will have massive ATK and DEF. |
| "Ghost Girl" Hand Traps | |
If Trap Cards are not more up to speed, why not consider adopting more hand traps? Most notable are Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion, and Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit. The former can deal with card searches and a counter to Called by the Grave, while the latter deals with Field Spells and Continuous Spells/Traps already on the field activating their effects. |
| Dimensional Fissure & Macro Cosmos | |
Typical of a Kashtira Deck, the Deck can run the typical floodgates that forces cards to be banished instead of going to the GY. Dimensional Fissure and Macro Cosmos denies the GY so long as one of these two cards are on the field, face-up and active. An honorary mention is Dimension Shifter, which is a hand trap version. |

| Kashtira Arise-Heart | |
|---|---|
The crown jewel of the Kashtira archetype, Kashtira Arise-Heart acts as a pseudo-Macro Cosmos while it is on the field. Each time a card(s) is banished, it can absorb them into itself as attached material. With enough materials, this card can banish one card on the field, face-down. |
| Fiendsmith's Desirae | |
The strongest boss monster from the Fiendsmith Engine, Fiendsmith's Desirae has a quick effect that negates cards on the field. The number of cards that can be negated will be determined by the total amount of Link Markers of Link Monsters equipped to this monster. When sent to the GY, this card can target a card on the field to be sent to the GY. |
| D/D/D Wave High King Caesar | |
With the presence of Level 6 monsters on the field with the Fiendsmith Engine, D/D/D Wave High King Caesar becomes an option in the Extra Deck. By detaching a material, this card can negate an effect that Special Summons a monster. This negation effect is not once per turn, so long as this Xyz Monster has attached materials. |
| Baronne de Fleur | |
In this Deck, you might have to sacrifice an Ash Blossom to summon Baronne de Fleur, since the former acts as a Tuner, and most of the Kashtira Monsters are Level 7. The omni-negate and card destruction effects are far too good to pass up, and it can shuffle itself back to the Extra Deck to Special Summon a monster that's Level 9 or lower from the GY. |

Outside of Primite Blue-Eyes, players can argue Fiendsmith Snake-Eyes Azamina is the strongest and most consistent Deck players can run. The Deck has a very high skill ceiling, and players experienced with the synergies between the three archetypes can unlock the Deck's full potential.
The Fiendsmiths can operate on their own independently as a Deck Engine, but should the Snake-Eyes get interrupted somewhere, expect Azamina to play out of nowhere to get back on track.
Fiendsmith Snake-Eyes Deck Guide

What better way to mess around with a Deck as dependent of their cards on the field as Anti-Meta Stun. It has a plethora of cards that can mess up their opponent's game state, and slow the game down to a grind with floodgates like Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo, which is protected with Clockwork Night and Moon Mirror Shield.

The Fiendsmith Kashtira Deck perfers going first to be able to set up a field that punishes monsters using their effects. There is no better way to stop that than to drop their LP to 0 before they can even play, and that's a playstyle the Gimmick Puppets play with.
A certain combo of cards need to have the right hand at the start of the Duel, which includes searches for monsters that can kickstart the combo. When done right, it properly sets up an FTK that burns the opponent down.
| Dark Ruler No More | |
|---|---|
Dark Ruler No More would probably be the strongest card to run against this Deck, as both Fiendsmith and Kashtira are heavily into monster effects to play to their strengths. The activation of this Spell cannot be responded to with a monster effect, meaning negates from monsters are of no use against this card. |
| Forbidden Droplet | |
Forbidden Droplet is a Quick-Play Spell that also negates monsters, and depending on the cards sent to the GY as cost, the opponent cannot respond to this card using the types of cards that were sent there. On top of that, the monsters that were affected by this card have their ATK values halved for the rest of the turn. |
| Skill Drain | |
So long as Skill Drain is face-up and active on the field, monsters cannot activate their effects while on the field, and any passive effects from monsters that are on the field are also neutralized. |
| Imperial Iron Wall | |
The effect of Imperial Iron Wall is simple: players cannot banish cards at all. This means the Kashtira monsters cannot banish cards as a result of their effect, nor can the player make use of banish floodgates like Dimensional Fissure and Macro Cosmos. |
| Dominus Impulse | |
Dominus Impulse can be activated from the hand if they control a card, but that also means the user is locked out of using mosnter effects from LIGHT, EARTH and WATER monsters for the rest of the Duel. This card counters any effects that conduct a Special Summon of some kind. |
