How to Use XYZ Summon

Xyz Summons require monsters depending on what's listed on the description of the Xyz monster's card. Read on to learn more on how to use Xyz Summons in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel.

How to Use Xyz Summons

Xyz Summoning Materials

To summon an Xyz Monster, you will need at least two monsters that have the same level. Although this applies to most, there are other monsters that require 3 or more monsters to complete the summon. There are also Xyz Summons that have specific Types and/or Attributes as required material.

Select Xyz Materials

To begin summoning Xyz Monster, you will need two monsters that are the same level face up in your field. Select your Xyz Monster and summoned. You can then summon an Xyz Monster from the Extra Deck provided that the conditions of its summon are met.

Activate Xyz Monster

Once you have the materials required for the summon, place the selected Xyz Monster in a Monster Zone of your choice.
