| Red-Eyes Black Fullmetal Dragon | |
|---|---|
Red-Eyes Black Fullmetal Dragon is the central mosnter this Deck is centered around, even if it is put at one copy only in the Deck Recipe. This monster goes hand-in-hand with Max Metalmorph, and while equipped with one, gains immunity from Spell Cards and monster effects. On top of that, it also has an omni-negate and burn damage tied to one effect. |
| Metalzoa X | |
Yet another monster that needs Max Metalmorph, Metalzoa X is another boss monster that acts as back-up for Red-Eyes Black Fullmetal Dragon. While on hand, it can shuffle itself back onto the Deck to be able to set a "Metalmorph" Trap Card for easier access. While on the field, it gets to pop monsters the opponent controls in response to Monster Card effects or Spell Cards. |
| Triple Burst Dragon | |
An alternative LINK-3 monster besides Knightmare Unicorn, Triple Burst Dragon has an omni-negate that triggers during the Damage Step. It deals piercing battle damage, and it can tribute itself to get a Link Monster and a Level 4 or lower monster on the field. This has lots of uses depending on the situation. |
| Accesscode Talker | |
Accesscode Talker is the quintessential game-ender for Decks that can climb to LINK-4 mosnters as fast as possible. Banishing Link Mosnters of different Attributes will help it destroy cards on the field, and the opponent cannot respond to this card's activation. On top of that, it gains ATK depending on the Link Monster's Link Rating upon being used as material. |
| Underworld Goddess of the Closed World | |
Considering the monsters this Deck can spam, a good choice to surprise the opponent and whisk away one of their peskier monsters to get rid of is Underworld Goddess of the Closed World. It |

Blue-Eyes White Dragon managed to get their crucial support cards first, allowing the archetype's playstyle to evolve into a mower Synchro-based control style. The central monster is now Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon, which is then used to summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon.
Combined with the use of Crimson Dragon to summon Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon, and the optional Dragon Master Magia, the support and control now matches the usual firepower this archetype can unleash.
Blue-Eyes White Dragon Deck Guide

If Yubel manages to set up first, players will have to deal with Nightmare Pain first, as it is the Continuous Spell Card that enables the Deck by forcing the opponent to attack and redirect them to the various Yubel monsters. It becomes all the more dangerous when the proper Yubel monster and its evolutions, Terror Incarnate and The Ultimate Nightmare, are on the field.
Its other cards are equally dangerous against Red-Eyes, with the Unchained engine like Unchained Soul of Rage taking away cards, Super Polymerization to neutralize effect monsters and use them for The Loving Defender Forever, and even the use of the Fiendsmith Engine.

Because of the various synergies between the cards of Fiendsmith Snake-Eyes Azamina, there are too many options for this Deck to pivot into. The Fiendsmith Engine does not even make use of a Normal Summon, which opens up the latter two archetypes to run rampant.
Deception of the Sinful Spoils is the card that connects the three archetypes together, and often it is used by The Hallowed Azamina to get Azamina Ilia Silvia to kickstart the combo. If that line doesn't make it through, a simple Snake-Eye Ash Normal Summon is still a full combo.

Horus Control could be a good deck to run against a Red-Eyes Metalmorph Deck. All that's needed in this strategy is a single King's Sarcophagus, and a way to get the Horus monsters to the GY to easily Special Summon themselves back without having to activate any effect. On top of that are the various floodgates it can run due to the monsters being different Types and Attributes.
Imsety, Hapi, Duamutef and Qebehsenuef all being on the field is a trap, as if a card leaves the user's field, that is all four effects triggering to gain insurmountable advantage.
| Skill Drain | |
|---|---|
The boss monsters that are equipped with Trap Cards, but they never said anything about being immune to Trap Cards. Skill Drain denies both Metalmorph-centric boss monsters of their effects, making them effectively beatsticks. |
| Jinzo | |
While Jinzo is on the field, all other Trap Cards on the field are effectively negated. A Deck revolving around this Machine-type monster might need to play around this monster first before this Deck can properly make use of Max Metalmorph. |
| Red Reboot | |
Red Reboot, while on hand, can be activated from the hand at the cost of half the user's Life Points. While they get to set another Trap Card, for the rest of the turn they are disabled from doing so. This can be a game-winning effect on its own right. |
| Super Polymerization | |
With the right timing, Super Polymerization can both stop the proper activation of Max Metalmorph and reduce presence on the field, by fusing away the monster just before they are about to be equipped with it. |
