Boss Monsters

Obelisk the Tormentor
Obelisk the Tormentor Obelisk the Tormentor has the highest base ATK out of the three Egyptian Gods, and by itself can land a game-winning attack. Immune to targeted card effects, it can safely clear the opponent's field of its monsters at the cost of tributing 2 monsters you control.
Slifer the Sky Dragon
Slifer the Sky Dragon Though its ATK is dependent on the number of cards you have on hand, Slifer the Sky Dragon acts as a floodgate instead. Every monster the opponent Normal or Special Summons in Attack Position, their ATK is reduced by 2000; if it gets to 0 ATK, they are automatically destroyed.
The Winged Dragon of Ra
The Winged Dragon of Ra The Winged Dragon of Ra's effects can allow it to boost its ATK by the Life Points spent until 100 LP remains, and no effects can be triggered on its Normal Summoned. By paying 1000 LP, it can also destroy a monster on the field--and this effect has no hard once-per-turn clause.
Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe
Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe If players can manage to have two Egyptian God Cards on the field, they can be used into Xyz Materials to go into Gustav Max, which in turn can immediately Xyz Summon into Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe. The Superdreadnought combo is often enough for an OTK combo.

Best Decks to Use Against Egyptian God Deck

Bystial Branded

Master Duel - Bystial Branded Top Image.png

Bystial Branded Decks have amazing consistency once it manages to use crucial cards like the Bystial Engine and Mirrorjade the Iceblade Dragon. Be prepared to deal with numerous Fusion Monsters that, sometimes, can use your own monsters as material.

Purrely

Master Duel - Purrely Xyz Control Deck Guide Top Image.png

Purrely has, as of writing, one of the strongest Xyz Monsters in the game in Expurrely Noir; the more materials it has, the more chances it gets to bounce cards back into the Deck.

Combined with My Friend Purrely and Stray Purrely Street, they will always have resources at the ready--especially if you manage to remove a "Purrely" Xyz Monster from the field.

Zombie World P.U.N.K.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel - Zombie World P.U.N.K. Top Image.png

The P.U.N.K. Engine is consistent in being able to provide powerful combo lines to a lot of other archetypes, not just to itself. Using it on a Zombie Deck makes it harder for the Egyptian Gods to be Normal or Special Summoned.

Quite a lot of support for the Egyptian Gods specifically mention Divine-Beast monsters, but Zombie World can render them useless while the Field Spell is active.

Best Cards to Tech Against Egyptian God Deck

Skill Drain
Skill Drain As powerful as the Egyptian Gods are, negating their effects will make them very vulnerable. Skill Drain essentially strips them of their power, and simply turns each of them into glorified beatstick cards--so long as this Continuous Trap Card is face-up and active on the field.
Archnemeses Protos
Archnemeses Protos For decks that can run different Attributes, Archnemeses Protos makes it hard to maintain or even summon the Egyptian God Cards. It can declare any Attribute, take it for itself, destroy all cards with the same Attribute, and then block both players from summoning monsters that also shares the Attribute. This apparently also includes the Divine Attribute.
Summon Limit
Summon Limit For a player to summon an Egyptian God Card, they have to have at least three monsters on the field. For the most part, they will try to attempt having at least that many on the field. Summon Limit should stop the Egyptian God Deck's players from doing summon after summon to fulfill the Egyptian Gods' tribute cost.
Effect Veiler
Effect Veiler With the only execption of Obelisk the Tormentor due to its innate targeted effect immunity, Effect Veiler can neutralize the effects of the other two Egyptian Gods once they're on the field. This is especially dangerous for Slifer the Sky Dragon and the Winged Dragon of Ra as negating their effects effectively reduces their ATK to 0 as well.
