The Absolute Monarch Gate is meant to teach the player the particulars of Special Summoning. The Loaner Deck that you can use throughout the Duel Chapters will allow you to make use of two cards that are essential to winning each Duel Chapter easily.
Both Edea the Heavenly Squire and Eidos the Underworld Squire can be used as Tribute Summons to summon powerful Monster Cards such as Mobius the Mega Monarch or Granmarg the Mega Monarch. These two cards alone, if successfully summoned, can destroy most of the cards your opponent will use in duels.

Use Alternate Cards as Tribute Summons

If all else fails, players may also consider making use of other cards as Tribute Summons if they wish to sneak in a Tribute without alerting the opponent of their plans to Tribute Summon a "Monarch".
The First Monarch, although a Trap Card, can be used to for precisely this plan, as players can use this card as an Effect Monster with decent stats if it is Special Summoned to the field.
