Depending on the platform, the game's download comes in two forms – a download of the game's executable file, and another download for the rest of the game's contents after finishing with its tutorial.

Available on All Current and Next Gen Consoles

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel was released on January 19, 2022 for the Playstation 4/5, XBOX One/Series X & S, Steam, and Nintendo Switch platforms, with the game available for download on each of the platform's storefronts.

Crossplay and Cross Save

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel supports crossplay across all versions of the game. This means that you can engage in battles with your friends, no matter what system they are using!

Additionally, players looking to switch between platforms without losing progress can make use of the game's Data Transfer feature. Players will need to sign up for a Konami ID, and connect this account across the platforms that they wish to play on.

A few short days after the game's initial release date, Master Duel was released on mobile platforms on January 27, 2022. This release followed a tiered release that had different release times from region to region, but can now nonetheless be downloaded from the Android and Apple storefronts.

Players on the Playstation platform can enjoy free 50 Card Packs as part of a unique bonus for Playstation Plus subscribers. Players will need to subscribe to PS Plus in order access the bonus from the Playstation storefront, or through the in-game shop.
