Deck composed of Earth Attribute monsters via Naturia Engine Limit your opponent's actions through multiple interruptions Continously negate Spells and Traps with Synchro monsters
|
Naturia is an archetype composed of EARTH Attribute monsters with various types. Its playstyle revolves around crippling the opponent's actions and being more of a reactive type to the cards your opponent activates.
In conjunction with the Runick archetype, this deck offers myriads of ways to establish strong control on the board.
Naturia Mole Cricket's effect lets yoou tribute itself to Special Summon 1 "Naturia" from the deck. Mole Cricket will be your primary combo starter to search Naturia Camellia.
Naturia Camellia sends any "Naturia" card from the Deck to the GY upon Summon. It also changes the Tribute costs of your "Naturia" monsters to sending 2 cards from the Deck to the GY instead.
Naturia Sunflower provides another layer of disruptions as it can negate monster effects. Do note that this effect is not once per turn, and with conjunction with Naturia Camellia, this combo can be used multiple times in a turn.
Naturia Blessing and Naturia Sacred Tree are the primary Spell/Trap of the deck. Naturia Blessing is a Quick-Play Spell that lets you Special Summon any "Naturia" monster from hand or GY. While Naturia Sacred Tree lets you search for any "Naturia" card when it is sent to the GY.
All the Runick Quick-Play Spells share the same secondary effect: to Special Summon 1 Runick Monster from the Extra Deck. As for their primary effects, they all have various effects but they all share the effect of Banishing cards from the top of your opponent's deck.
Hugin the Runick Wings is your primary Extra Deck Monster to Special Summon using Runick Spell Cards. It searches the Field Spell as well as it can be used in pair with Naturia Camellia to perform Level 6 Synchro Plays.
Geri the Runick Fangs lets you add the Runick Fountain from the Graveyard, making it easier to recycle the Field Spell if it was destroyed by the opponent.
Munin the Runick Wings main role for this deck is to provide a threat to the opponent, as Munin can negate any card activation that targets any "Runick" cards you control.
Runick Fountain will be your resource management friend, with its absurd recycling abilities, you can draw up to 3 cards per turn thanks to its effect. This also makes your Runick Quick-Play Spells activatable from hand during your opponent's turn.
Naturia Beast and Naturia Barkion are your primary go-to boss monster on the field as they can easily be Summoned using Naturia Camellia combo.
Stardust Charge Warrior is used to connect the combo from "Naturia " and "Runick " by tuning it with Naturia Camellia to Summon cards like Baronne de Fleur or Swordsoul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying.
The Xyz Monsters of the Deck are very flexible as you don't rely on them that much. Abyss Dweller and Number 41: Bagooska the Terribly Tired Tapir acts as a way to stall decks when things go south.
Evilswarm Exciton Knight is there to impose a board wipe when the field's too much to handle.
This small Ishizu engine serves as a disruptor for the opponent's GY effect. Although there's no reliable way to send this to the GY, cards like Naturia Beast and Naturia Camellia can easily mill cards and you might find the Ishizu cards along with the milled cards from time to time.
This Combo only needs 1 copy of Naturia Mole Cricket to setup the board.
Cards like Naturia Sacred Tree plus any discarders in hand can search for a copy of Naturia Mole Cricket.

The Branded decks can fight the war of attrition with Naturia Runicks. As they don't rely on Spell Cards that much to Fusion Summon their boss monsters, cards like Naturia Beast can easily be run over by this deck.
