ABC Deck Guide: How to Play

Playstyle and Win Condition

ABC Decks pride themselves with its simplicity.

Tha main goal for the Deck is to banish three specific cards -- A-Assault Core, B-Buster Drake, and C-Crush Wyvern. Once all three cards are banished, summon ABC-Dragon Buster, a 3000ATK Boss Monster that lets you discard 1 card to banish one of your opponent's cards once per turn.

Pairing it with other heavy hitting monsters like Cyber Dragon Infinity and Accesscode Talker, your enemy will be trying hard to find a way to survive.

Sample Combo

Required Cards
Galaxy Soldier Union Hangar
Step Description
Set and Activate Union Hangar in your Field Spell Zone → Search for B-Buster Drake in the Deck and send it to the Hand.
Normal Summon B-Buster DrakeUnion Hangar's Effect Triggers → Equip Union Driver from the Deck to the B-Buster Drake on the Field.
Activate Union Driver's Effect and Banish it → Search for A-Assault Core from the Deck and Equip it to the B-Buster Drake on the Field. → Activate A-Assault Core's Effect to unequip it, and Special Summon itself onto the Field.
Link Summon I:P Masquerena using both the A-Assault Core and B-Buster Drake on the Field.
B-Buster Drake & A-Assault Core's GY Effects will both trigger as Chain Links 1 & 2 respectively → Chain Link 2: Use A-Assault Core's Effect to search for B-Buster Drake from the Deck and send it to the Hand → Chain Link 1: B-Buster Drake's Effect to search for C-Crush Wyvern from the Deck and send it to the Hand.
Activate Galaxy Soldier's Effect from the Hand → Discard C-Crush Wyvern and Special Summon Galaxy Soldier from the Hand. → Galaxy Soldier's Effect Triggers and searches for your other Galaxy Soldier in the Deck and sends it to the Hand.
Activate your second Galaxy Soldier's Effect from the Hand → Discard B-Buster Drake and Special Summon Galaxy Soldier from the Hand.
Xyz Summon Cyber Dragon Nova using both Galaxy Soldiers on the Field as material. → Xyz Summon Cyber Dragon Infinity using the Cyber Dragon Nova as Material.
Fusion Summon ABC-Buster Dragon by banishing A-Assault Core, B-Buster Drake, and C-Crush Wyvern in the GY.

This combo definitely won't let you do an OTK, however it leaves you with a lot of options to do a follow-up OTK on your next turn. With both Cyber Dragon Infinity and ABC-Dragon Buster you have multiple negates to keep your opponent at bay.

During your next turn, you can tribute ABC-Buster Dragon and Special Summon the banished A-Assault Core, B-Buster Drake, and C-Crush Wyvern, which you can then use together with I:P Masquerena to Link Summon Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess for even more negates.

Both A-Assault Core, and B-Buster Drake's GY Effect triggers once more, adding 2 additional Light Monsters to your hand.

Normal Summon one of them, and Link Summon Accesscode Talker using Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess and the newly summoned Monster, and activating Accesscode Talker's Effect to Target Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess in the GY to gain an additional 4000ATK, giving it a total of 6300ATK.

That, together with your 2700ATK Cyber Dragon Infinity, you have more than enough Fire Power to reduce your Opponent's LP to Zero. But if you want to be sure, and lucky enough to have a Magnet Reverse in Hand, you can activate it to Special Summon your ABC-Dragon Buster back onto the Field to add another 3000ATK to your arsenal.
