Phoebe ll got outro team wide strong dmg buff so she ll be supporter with decent dmg without heals but doubt she ll be main dps more sub dps with team wide buffs so she shouldl be good for changli + brant cuz brant ll got heals and shield and perfect buffs for changli and ll do decent dmg, on the other hand changli ll got perfect buffs for brant :)
Phoebe seems to be a main DPS, so it might not be as optimal. Brant, on the other hand, is rumored to be Changli's best partner.
